💙💛 Grandparents Day Celebration is Almost Here! 💛💙

Scotsdale families, we are excited to welcome our wonderful grandparents and special grandparent figures to Scotsdale Elementary on Friday, September 11! ❤️

📍 ENTRANCE INFORMATION:
Grandparents will enter on the Dunoon side of the school, by the playground area. Please refer to the attached schedule for your Cadet’s designated celebration time.

❤️ A Few Important Reminders:

👵👴 This special celebration is only for grandparents and special grandparent figures. We kindly ask that parents and other family members not attend. Treats have been prepared specifically for our grandparents.

👧👦 If a grandparent has multiple grandchildren attending during different scheduled times, they will need to exit after each session and return for the next scheduled time. This gives our staff time to reset and prepare for the next group.

⏰ Please follow the attached grade-level schedule to help us keep each celebration running smoothly.

💙💛 ¡La celebración del Día de los Abuelos ya casi está aquí! 💛💙

Familias de Scotsdale, ¡estamos muy emocionados de dar la bienvenida a nuestros queridos abuelos y figuras especiales de abuelos a Scotsdale Elementary el viernes 11 de septiembre! ❤️

📍 INFORMACIÓN DE ENTRADA:
Los abuelos entrarán por el lado de Dunoon de la escuela, cerca del área de juegos. Por favor, consulte el horario adjunto para conocer la hora de celebración asignada al grado de su Cadete.

❤️ Algunos recordatorios importantes:

👵👴 Esta celebración especial es únicamente para abuelos y figuras especiales de abuelos. Les pedimos amablemente que los padres y otros familiares no asistan. Los refrigerios han sido preparados específicamente para nuestros abuelos.

👧👦 Si un abuelo tiene varios nietos que participan en diferentes horarios, deberá salir al finalizar cada sesión y regresar a la hora programada para el siguiente nieto. Esto permitirá que nuestro personal tenga tiempo para reorganizar y preparar el área para el siguiente grupo.

⏰ Por favor, siga el horario por grado adjunto para ayudarnos a que cada celebración se lleve a cabo de manera organizada.
